Fall Engagement Photos | Cedar Falls, Iowa | Midwest

Molly had warned me before the session that Kyle was a bit camera shy, but they both did great! I was so glad I had scouted this beautiful backwoods gem out the week before because our original location was closed due to the crazy flooding in the Cedar Valley we recently experienced. Fall is the best season and this session is just another reminder of that fact in my book!

Definitely looking forward to being a part of Molly & Kyle’s barn wedding in the fall of 2017!

Senior Pictures | Cedar Falls, IA | Dylan

I had the privilege of photographing this kind gentleman who is a senior at Waterloo, West. We took advantage of some unique spots that downtown Cedar Falls has to offer as well as the river across 1st street. We had a great time and I’m really happy they made the decision to have a professional take the photos because I captured some of my favorite senior shots ever during the session!

Have a great senior year, Dylan! Blessings on all that is to come in the next chapter!

Waterhawks ski team senior | Cedar Falls Senior Photography | Maggie

Maggie and her mom were a breeze to work with and I knew it was going to be a great senior photo session when we caught some perfect, colorful foliage downtown Cedar Falls, IA in the first spot we landed. Downtown was a bit chaotic with FondoFest – a bike race/street festival happening and lot of people milling about, but we managed to embrace the setting and come out with my favorite shot of the day!

We also had the chance to head toward a creek behind the Lampost Theatre Company and utilize their awesome backyard space. It’s always good to know people. 😉

Maggie is a senior at Waterloo West and plans head to UNI next fall so she can keep skiing with the Waterhawks and get a teaching degree! Blessings on your senior year, Maggie, and all the adventures to come!
