Evan and Amber have been together for quite a while and didn’t want anything too over-the-top for their celebration. This lovely couple decided to keep it simple and intimate with a smaller wedding surrounded by family and close friends. I’d never been in the Snowden House in Waterloo, IA, but was excited to have the opportunity to capture their wedding in such a unique and historic setting full of character. Amber and Evan are such an easy-going couple and when they said they really liked the candid, un-posed type shots, I knew they would make my job pretty simple. Initially, they weren’t even sure they were going to hire a professional photographer, but I’m really glad they decided to hire me and let me in on their special day.
